This is a testimonial for anyone who is considering a gourmet catering service. Hope at MYHYs sets the bar, for delectable courses, elegance in presentation, and incomparable in-home service. My wife decided to surprise me with a five course feast from MYHYs after I had surgery that kept me from being able to get out and about for two weeks.

Hope began us with a selection of wine(s) for our evening, (yes there were three; a white wine with the salad, a red with the main course, and then a dessert wine). All of them were excellent selections that complimented the course that they were paired with. .

As for the courses, everything from the tantalizing appetizers, to the savory seafood bisque, onto to the main entrée, a delectable pork mateo all were all artistically presented, with generous portions of each course provided. Oh, and I would be remised if I was to exclude the wonderful crème brulee!

Allowing MYHYs to "set the stage" with glassware, candlelight, and music in our own dining room, provided us with nearly 3 hours of an extravagant dining experience. The final delight: along with the prep and presentation, clean-up after the affair was also included! I cannot think of a better way to pamper someone than with MYHYs catering to their needs!
